Pros
- great clients - nice colleagues, no ego, collaborative
Cons
Low salary movement and being overworked without additional compensation. - Workload expectations on client projects were often very high and demanding - No formal compensation or time-off recognition for overtime or weekend work, even when it was driven by client demands. - Compensation progression and role growth felt less directly tied to performance - Salary increases are almost impossible and as stated by HR "there are many companies that do not do annual raises." - Managers appeared to have limited or no influence over compensation decisions so its hard to argue against any compensation - Overall, not a great experience as an employee if you are looking to grow.
