Paid over time Several really good people Events for family to attend Good health insurance discount for those striving to be healthy

Cons

Inner circle of upper management that you have to work your life away to get into HR folks are not fun to deal with--not people oriented at all 401k fine print--takes 5-6 years to be fully vested, didn't know that ahead of time PTO policy not great Don't value external ideas...have to be in the elite group or else they won't really listen to you

Pay seemed fair for comparable work in Burlington, semi-frequently there would be food for employees, plenty of opportunities for Double Time in my experience.

Cons

The most common gripe I have and I know was shared by my coworkers in lots of positions was how HR operated. I understand the role of HR and I sympathize that it is a thankless job, but I have to admit that Fait Distribution's HR department had a lot of hiccups and seems far behind the other comparable companies I have worked for.
