      Pros

      Health ins. And an o.k. 401k match. Does not micro manage as long as you do your job, but software is loaded to spy on your computer so they track your work productivity.

      Cons

      Poor bonus, management does not care and will not engage with issues that need serious attention. Questionable denials on claims that should be paid out to the property owner. Merritt increases are weak . H.R. will not do a ything for you . Upper management says one thing and does another. Poor training and high turnover. No stability and good employees leave. The " do as I say, not what I do ) is strong with this company. Need I say more?

      -Claims department is unorganized -Inexperienced management -Expect to suck up and be a part of a clique to get ahead -Expect to be talked down to by management -Expect to work yourself to death while management sits around and plan vacations -Keep your feedback and ideas to yourself -Very unprofessional -Bring your own soap for the bathroom

      Rewarding challenge

      Pros

      For the most part, workload is manageable but you really have to work efficiently. Claims management and the company overall, are progressive and forward thinking. Aggressive but mostly attainable goals within units of the company, I only see them growing larger and larger in the future. Great CEO/upper management, this company really gives you a family/home vibe. I have worked at a few insurance companies before and Falcon has by far been the best and exceeded my expectations. Despite being a young company, the amount of experience most everyone has here helps elevate the work environment and procedures. Competitive pay, benefits are very low cost.

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on quantity over quality. Not much support or assistance/advice for managing workload successfully.
