Pros

I am still very close with the director and my boss. They are lovely women who i feel could have also supported me more in that time as well but they always treated me with respect and grace.

Cons

Instead of giving the resources to strive during a mental health crisis, the team lead bullied me until I left. I was shamed and accused of stealing time. I was blocked by multiple people due to this. This is not the only person who has been mistreated by this person. It is a hostile work environment because of her. So they don't treat their employees the same way they treat their patients when it comes to mental health. When i was there there was no opportunity for growth unless somehow they got it grant funded. This was my dream job and it got shattered by workplace bullying.
