Pros

High profile clients, some projects are interesting. Nice for your resume.

Cons

Old school project management methodologies. You will be sitting in an empty office and collaborate only with freelancers or vendors working in different timezones. All talented people already left the company and everyone will do the same after few weeks of working there. The CEO is insane, behaving rude, arrogant and working with him is the most frustrating experience in the world. Do not believe the hype.

Hello again. This must be your 6th or 7th troll review? The same shallow content, questionable grammar and specifically going after the CEO (me). Fortunately our Sr UX employees have been with the company for quite some time and are doing amazing work. In-fact they are hiring in their departments and we encourage you to check http://www.fantasy.co/careers and read the reviews here on Glassdoor from current and real former UX employees. To those of you visiting our Glassdoor account, I and our employees have asked Glassdoor to remove the multiple reviews from this person (whom we know off). However the reviews although fabricated, technically meet the sites policy and requirements. I am proud to say we have amazing and perhaps the most talented people at Fantasy since 1999.

Pros

You'll meet a some cool people. The ones that are talented hate working there.

Cons

The CEO is crazy enough to write fake reviews. If you speak to any previous employees, they'll say the same thing. The projects they take on are not great either, what have they launch in the past year? BEWARE, DO NOT WORK AT FI.

Hello again, For whatever reason you feel obliged to consistently troll our Glassdoor page with the same negative comments, grammar mistakes and accusations we simply forward it to our employees whom in turn respond with their own reviews. You inspire them to do so actually. We have flagged your reviews with Glassdoor whom claim your reviews technically meet the guidelines. So, that's the internet. However to those reading this "former employee"'s reviews we politely suggest you check out the real reviews from real employees and former employees. And we are doing awesome Mr. Troller, even the "talented ones". This past year several previous employees have returned to work with us. We have taken on rather interesting projects this year from Facebook, 23andMe, Zenpayroll, Comcast, HP, Adobe, MacCosmetics, Met Museum to name a few. As always, thanks for your review.

Pros

We were all naive, however the ONLY good thing about Fi is the people they hire outside of management roles or I would say of the core management. Designers, developers are awesome.

Cons

David Martin is a freak and everyone who has ever worked for Fi knows that. None of us had a pleasure of knowing DHM, it’s not someone you want to know. He doesn’t care about his employees and that’s a very short summary of how awful he is as a CEO. He is not someone you look up to and want to work harder for. He is so rude, unprofessional that he put his own wife down in meetings in front of other people and she was the COO of the company. Doesn’t look good. People had breakdowns, people constantly quit, people hated working on projects and endless weekend work but none of the management cared and told certain locations that we are lazy though most of us had 60-70 hour weeks. Watching the Facebook page for Fi and the comments from fellow fans is appalling. WAKE UP. This is not a dream job, this is hell. Open up your eyes and understand that Fi is falling apart. The reputation will last forever and with only 2 offices left their reputation is beyond low. In San Francisco and NYC no one wants to work for them as they are known to be crap and NO their projects are no longer exciting because no client wants to work with someone like David Martin and its team of managers. Do your research before you say yes to them. This is no joke and it can break you emotionally. You will be supporting the worst management team in the agency world. I hope clients read how they treat their employees and take this as a side note before they give them any business.
