Only favourites of management will move up in promotion Vibe over performance is preferred if you r cool you can be team leader no need of experience No team leadership or reviews done but will blame you if your increment is low Relatives will be taken in at high position in all teams Will not involve actual people who work for any decision or strategy but will blame them if plans and targets are not achieved. There is no logic used at all for appraisal cycle. Will make you work for 3-4 people but not pay you. If still u stay there team and management will make sure you are blamed and tortured more so you leave by yourself
