Pros

Management generally adopts a hands-off approach when it comes to working hours, as long as you meet deadlines and log your 8 hours of work each day. After probation, the work-from-home policy allows for 3–4 days of remote work per week. In practice, attendance is not strictly monitored, and it's often the case that no one checks whether you're physically in the office or not.

Cons

The company initially performed well after expanding from Hong Kong to the Malaysia branch, benefiting from earning in HKD while paying salaries in MYR. However, during our second-year performance reviews, we were informed that the company was facing financial difficulties and there would be no salary increments. Unfortunately, this led to a significant number of staff resignations. A salary revision was eventually implemented, but by that time, many experienced colleagues had already left.
