The Hours are flexible in the morning. Late shift okay for those willing to work it . Good if you don't want authority.
Cons
Upper management doesn't know what they're doing. Most are inexperienced and were just given titles without any knowledge. Hope they can hire qualified personnel because they are not well equipped.
