Pros

Benefits included 4 weeks of vacation, 2 weeks of sick/personal leave, 2 days of bereavement.

Cons

Company does not offer a clear path for employees to be promoted or transition to other teams. Opportunities for growth limited. Communication across teams not guaranteed, making deadlines difficult to meet. People in leadership not well-equip to lead teams, this could be detrimental for physical health and mental health. Salary did not make up for tasks fulfilled. Overtime pay not existent.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We’ve been actively addressing career progression within our organisation. You're right that at a smaller company such as ours growth isn’t always about moving up the corporate ladder; we also focus on providing a variety of development opportunities where relevant for employees and the company. We’re also committed to enhancing our leadership development programs to ensure our leaders are well-equipped to support their teams effectively. We regularly survey our staff for feedback. Regarding salary and overtime, we’ve recently introduced a transparent job and skills framework, aiming to ensure equitable pay for comparable roles across the organisation. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to improve. If you'd like to discuss your experiences or suggestions further, we encourage you to reach out directly. Thanks again for your input.
