Great team culture and supportive colleagues. Strong international exposure and opportunity to work across different markets and roles. The role offers a good level of autonomy, allowing you to take ownership of your work while continuously developing your skills. Fastmarkets also encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing, which has helped me onboard and grow quickly within the organisation.

Cons

Like many fast-paced environments, priorities can shift quickly and workloads can occasionally be high. Further structure during onboarding would have been helpful to navigate processes more smoothly from the start.
