Lots of opportunity to learn. Great co-workers. Leadership is top notch. Even though the company is almost 200 employees it feels like no one is a number. Leadership knows you and what you do!

Cons

Would love to have more holidays or a floating holiday!

- Because the role is so dynamic, priorities can shift quickly, so I’ve had to become very strong in time management and organization. - The variety is a strength, but it also means balancing multiple requests at once, but has really improved my ability to prioritize effectively.
