      Pros

      Great snacks, the leadership works on building company culture.

      Cons

      Very hierarchal, everything is top-down management including reviews - they are not 360. Feel intimidated not speak to up. Upper management never has time to engage with others in the organization.

      - Flexible about WFH policy - Overall nice people to work with - Get to learn a lot quickly due to short staffed teams

      Cons

      - Very hierarchical and disorganized company culture - Low job stability/high turnover- recently had a round of layoffs - No work/life balance due to short staffed teams - Stale office space

      Great people to work with, fun outings and activities like happy hour and monthly speakers, well-stocked with food and drinks

      Cons

      Work/life balance doesn't exist, some teams are understaffed and overloaded, not enough space in the office for everyone, salary isn't comparable to the amount of work, people are friendly but usually stick to their own teams
