      Preferential treatment of certain employees Low pay Management has no clue on how to run the company effectively, lacks knowledge of individual departments but still insists on wrong ways to run them Rude, vulgar bosses

      Pros

      Previously, there was a standard in place, but following a change in management, no standards seem to be enforced anymore.

      Cons

      The upper management exhibits bias, and promotions seem to be granted based on favoritism rather than merit and performance within the company.

      - 9am - 6pm job in singapore, mondays to fridays - $1000 if you want to take courses related to the position you hold at Fave - $100 transport fee (claimable) - $100 mobile fee (message/call merchants) - there is hospitalization, dental and medical benefits

      Cons

      - do not think for a second that you would be a business development executive okay? it's retail merchant acquisition - if a merchant wants to meet you after your working hours, you will have to go otherwise pass to other colleague for them to earn comms - basic is roughly $2,500 - $2,600 if you are a diploma holder - commissions, hr told me at least is $1,200 a month but up to you to decide whether you can really earn that comms every month - the company isn't "family" like if that's what you want but instead, a team
