Since I was engaged with Dynapac for long term, I can say Dynapac is very good company, But Being under FAYTA GROUP in Bangalore is very Worst. NO PROS
Cons
The list is very Big Need one day to explain. 1. Very Less Salary 2. No Focus on Projects 3. Non Value addition activities are more 4. No long term goals 5. Local Bangalore management is too worst. 6. They do like their own family business, which is worst part 7. No recognition 8. No value for employees who engaged long term
