      - Nice team and colleagues - Full remote is a big plus

      Cons

      - No perspective of growth in the company - Processes seems to be blocked in the pre-internet era - No interest in building a healthy people culture - Founders are obsessed with growth and launching new markets, with no product vision

      - Some wonderful humans work here - Flexibility to a degree

      Cons

      - Certain people in leadership positions are inexperienced which leads to plenty of wasted time -Supported me during my pregnancy, but was treated in a cold and unwelcome manner by my manager after I went on maternity leave -Refused to provide a reason why they wished to end my permanent contract - Made a lot of promises regarding financial compensation before starting the role and during my time there that didn't materialise into anything
