Pros
i made over 50k as a company driver my first year being there at only 21 years old....paid hourly, even when on the road, which means you can take all the time you want...take side streets on your 400 mile trip as long as you get to the residence on time
Cons
management has meetings convincing everyone that working fast and efficient will bring in more profit meaning bonus at the end of year. End of the year comes and everyone gets a letter from owner saying not enough profit was brought in to give everyone a bonus. but the owner has 20 ferraris.
