      Stay Away if you value your career and sanity, there is no future here.

      Some friendly people, not much else.

      Cons

      Half-baked products, unkept promises to customers combined with nightmare of a delivery resulting in frustrated and unhappy customers. Many of these customers are waking up to the facts that much of feedzai is just hot air and are terminating their contracts. The company meanwhile is spending all the money on publications and analysts to "win" various awards to continue appear cool. The sales are so bad this fiscal year that massive layoffs should be coming soon, though it’s never based on performance. As long as you are in the right clique, which is the case of some manager with zero managerial skills, its fine. Expect most good people to leave while the most useless ones will stay and accelerate the company’s decline.

Each award or recognition has criteria and a scoring/rating methodology. -Feedzai is stable and growing, and we have not had layoffs. -We have many employees with several years of tenure and career progression.
