Great office space. Supportive CEO. Entrepreneurial spirit. Yummy snacks. Exposure to production and media. Overall great people. Work/Life balance is for real! Quarterly bonus $$$

Cons

Lots of autonomy which is good but some take advantage of it. Otherwise, everything is amazing.
