Relatively good pay. Coworkers are nice and fun. Nice offices, some travel opportunities.
Cons
Fake purpose of wanting to offer financial education to women. In reality, the education itself is an afterthought and 95% of what they think of is how to get more people to sign up. Frequent change of direction, depending on investor pressure. Almost none of the management had any people management experience.
