      A perfect example of a company whose head office thinks they know it all.

      Pros

      Local sales team are an awesome bunch who wants to produce good results. But global strategy and Dublin marketing team are stubborn and refuse to accommodate to local needs and demand due to fear and legacy issues.

      Cons

      It's a boot licking working culture. Camaraderie and group-think is a must to survive long in there.

      Highly Toxic Culture, Poor quality product, Heights of discrimination and exploitation by Managers and HR

      Pros

      Nothing to say. People choose to work for this company thinking it is a market leader in Fintech. But it has just been marketed that way. Not worth the hype.

      Cons

      HR - just fit for organizing year end parties, Updating positive glassdoor reviews, Exploiting the rules of Fenergo, Dancing to the tunes of Managers. Paying salary to HRs is a waste of money for Fenergo as they don't work upon improving company culture, rather they hire only unprofessional staffs which creates a toxic culture. Managers - So dumb, no technical or functional knowledge, just micro manage and discriminate. If you do your work, it is not enough and you will not be rewarded. Heights of Nepotism. Managers break the rules according to their wish and favour undeserved, unprofessional candidates. such companies should be strictly banned from operating for their unfair and unethical practices. Product - core product highly unstable and broken, full of bugs, poor quality, no latest technology used, not scalable, complex architecture, core product not fit for purpose.

      Great APAC team, management handling things poorly

      Great APAC team, supportive and friendly colleagues in my team and in the region, great benefits and salary

      Cons

      - After C suite changed late last year communication has been poor - radio silence on what is going on. - The redundancies which started late last year have been poorly handled - Dublin pays very little attention to the rest of the regions/locations - The morale and camaraderie within my team has dwindled leading to people leaving on their own accord - The workforce has halved in the past 10 months - No company culture left in Dublin
