This company has really changed a lot in the past two years, lots of great things are happening and there is a positive and professional feeling. The people I work with are motivated and management is very supportive.

Cons

None really. Things can be a bit stressful sometimes but that's normal in a small company and I have never felt like I am all alone with a problem, everyone works as a team.
