Ferrero Singapore has has better times, now it is no way near that. Management has no clue on what they are doing, and expect people to keep doing what they are doing with no plans for progression. Those that eventually progress are either Italian, those who speak Italian, or the boss’s favorite. Hard work doesn’t matter but how well connected and well liked by your boss does.

Hierachial, too much red tape, Management is mostly in the role their whole lives and not open to new suggestions Some dept are toxic : esp HR. No privacy and professionalism in the way to manage and operate
