Pros
-US office might be different than the Poland one -Company that might yet have a chance -Cutting edge technology you might be creating -Passionate people -Insane marketing job done (everything is much better until you join)
Cons
-Management fights -Constant rotations (mass dismisses, constant opening, people leaving after 2 days are not surprising) -Company lead by Polish people without any care for employees (and often rude approach) -No way to growth (managers are most of the time brought from outside and rotated, no proper trainings) -Benefits only on offer -Overtimes
