Poor mngmt oversight and lacking any product innovation compared with competition. Managers give favor to foreign nationals working under visas. No training or support for new employees. Senior managers frequently absent over most of the workday. Job culture absolutely terrible there is not a soul in this place that is happy. Layoffs never happen for protected people from Spain! They are in a protective bubble that can't be touch regardless how bad the situation is for anybody else. Old building, water dripping after every rain, poor insulation around all windows but we are not allowed to have any extra heaters.

As I already explained in Review Title, 1.Before work ,first you have to satisfy leads with your unprofessional manner. 2.PIP will come any time on you. PIP is common word and lay off also common here.So better prepare for this before joining. 3.No Job security. 4.No Professionalism with present employees and even worst behavior with leaving employees. 5. they will treat leaving employees as thief and they will make situation as they are taking us into police custody.this is real and personnel experience of mine. 6.Even though less than 100 members in India in that that tens of members layoff. 7,Lot many is there but few I had given above.

Unfortunately, this company is so quickly being completely run to the ground by upper management that can't even decide what the company is supposed to be!! Other lower managers in engineering don’t have any technical skills and playing like marionettes for top guys! It is amazing how these managers express a personal technical aptitude where there is none! Repeat: none! No direction, vision or long (or mid) term growth strategy. Layoffs based on shady criteria, never happening for Spanish people from corporate! Never! These persons are protected and have special benefits: long vacations, paid rental homes, cars, school for kids and random working hours with long lunch break times! Values are just words on paper in this company! One plant is already closing, and the R&D in Michigan will follow it soon, skilled engineers who were not laid off are fleeing fast.
