The work culture is really good specially in GTS department The higher management (specially the abroad teams) is really good and supportive. Have facilities for Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner for all the employees free of cost Flexible work timings You always feel included in the team, team always ready to take constructive criticism

Benefits are adequate. Newer building but incomplete.
Cons
Extremely lean organization and got even leaner while I was there. Management is fully involved and keeps the working level busy. They don't pay bonuses. Don’t let anyone tell you that they do.
