Pros
The best thing about FT is the people, they're the greatest. The Tuesday and Wednesday lunch hours were top-tier. The hybrid work schedule is great as well as the Unlimited PTO.
Cons
You will work A LOT. Working a lot is not a bad thing but be cognizant that working here means you will normally be working longer than the office hours (8:30-5:30). That's already a nine hour day then tack some more on. You'll get paid on salary so you won't be getting extra compensation for your added work time.

Surrounded by great people that want to help you be successful and learn. There is a true love of curiosity and continuous learning that is appreciated.
Cons
Processes tend to change frequently but nothing too hard to handle.
