An amazing team, quick moving projects with tons of room to introduce new ideas and try new things. Leadership is super open with communication and the company as a whole is always working to improve for both employees and clients. There's also an emphasis on professional development, everyone's encouraged to learn new skills to help better contribute to the future of the company.
Cons
Policy changes are frequent due to rapid growth and changes in business direction. This can be confusing at times, but more often than not is for the better.
