      Worst Working Culture, Lack of Basic Infrastructure and High level of politics..better to avoid

      I could not find any in my tenure at fin advisors

      Cons

      1-They don't give salary slips even joining later and even reluctant to open your salary account. Basically they are trying their best so that you can not switch company easily 2-Low level of corporate politics. They will blackmail you everything, So current employee be careful!! 3-Lack of basic infrastructure

      Pros

      - Top Management and seniors are very good and suppotive - No Politics - Very Good Projects of Investment Banking are there - Highly qualified staff is there

      Cons

      - Small Firm (employee size less than 20) - No HR in the Organization - They don't even provide offer letter to the employee when he/she gets selected - They also don't provide salary slip to the employee - No Proper Training is provided to the employees - No proper policies -

      – Great platform to learn and work on live projects such as valuation, financial due diligence, M&A deals, market research and financial modelling – Good management, Good work life balance – Flat management structure – any time tea coffee, tea and snacks available

      Cons

      – Lack of infrastructure, smaller office space – Lacks some basic facilities.
