      We are grateful for this feedback and the storytelling manifested within it. It is an interesting time in the life of Financial Growth Partners and we often refer to ourselves as an "Established, Start-Up," which definitely can create the makings of a Fast-Paced Environment - hence our passion that our people are in alignment with our core values, one of which is "in-motion." And great feedback on geography. Noted. And while limitations does exist, we can address and find creative ways to make sure we are impacting additional markets that can benefit from the value our firm can provide.

      Freaking Great People

      1. Great, passionate people work here. If you want to be around people who will inspire you to strive to be your best every day then this is the place for you. 2. Great management and leadership. They lead with experience, but never assume there is not something that can be improved or refined. They love new ideas and encourage out of the box thinking. 3. Lots of opportunities for professional development, at every turn they will try to help open doors for you and help you grow in whatever direction you express to them. 4. Tons of growth opportunities, not limited by time in the business but based on your professional aptitude. 5. Strong adherence to core values, they live and breathe by their core values and work hard to hold themselves to a higher standard than anyone else in the industry. 6. They make time and space for people to express their feelings and have a wonderful MCode expert who cares deeply for every person at the company. 7. The recruiting process is lead by real people who take the time to really get to know every candidate's story to make sure there is a strong alignment before hiring.

      1. This is a tough industry, in order to be successful you will always need to be looking for the edge.
