Easy to book leave Flexible working to an extent Can make good friends in your team

Annual pay rise is around 1% which is far below cost of living increase. Unrealistic bonus targets depending on consumer surveys Atmosphere is toxic much of the time with SI and OMs Unnecessary competitive atmosphere Minimal training Favouritism One rule for one, another rule for others
