      Pros

      Nice office and good colleagues. Good products/services to clients.

      Cons

      Horrible family business with no business ethics. Fired people for no reasons just becuase the family did not like them. High stress due to lack of organization. Lot of high up work remote or don't show up at work at all. Chaos ... everything is last minute.

      Trickle-down dysfunction with a healthy side of nepotism Some departments within the company are clearly favored over others Cross-company communication needs improvement No separate sick pay. Sick pay is drawn directly from your overall PTO balance.
