      Pros

      Team members are friendly and willing to help when questions arise. New employees get solid training and guidance, making it easier to learn the systems and build confidence in customer service. I’ve developed my communication and problem-solving skills while interacting with customers. Great work-life balance and competitive pay.

      When several issues arise simultaneously, it can become tough to manage everything.

      Pros

      The codebase is modern, and you work with people who gladly share what they know. Experienced engineers answer questions without making you feel stupid for asking. The mix of new development and maintenance work adds variety to the day. The pay is good for the area, and the benefits are quite decent (health insurance and 401k included).

      Management sometimes takes too long to make decisions.

      - Leadership is excessively controlling and constantly interferes with work processes - Micromanagement driven by lack of effective management skills - Constant interferent causes ongoing project delays - Work processes are disrupted by unnecessary oversight - Employees are blamed for missed deadlines caused by leadership actions - Accountability is unfairly shifted onto staff despite management causing the delays
