I’m sorry to read your negative feedback and we would recognise that our employment relationship has not worked out for either party. The BD role is central to growth of the organisation. We pride ourselves on long term relationships with clients and our 95% repeat business rate. We have never “lost” an account or certainly have never attempted to cover up mistakes. This is an extremely serious allegation with no grounds. We’re very proud that over the last 7 years we have progressed from an academic spin out to a multi-million pound globally operating company with a growing and loyal client base and a skilled and talented workforce. I would suggest this isn’t indicative of a dysfunctional management team or CEO that is not in control.
