Business outlook
Pros
Company as a whole is pretty decent. I was able to negotiate my wage, even though it was a little lower than i would have liked. There are some decent employees. Managers are nice.
Cons
Some of the Cons i have experienced are certain males at the company harass women, Managers are nice, but never take you seriously if there is a problem. Promotions and growth with in the office are rare and hard to come by. There are some bad apples that will spill your life story to other, so keep things to yourself. No matter how hard/long you work, if you take 5 minutes to chat with someone, there will always be a comment made to you.
