      Company is unethical (employee bullying, gaslighting, toxic leadership practices, did not pay for work)

      Good office location Certain time flexibility However due to cons, pros would be irrelevant as people factor is the most important.

      Unethical management Gaslighting No job descriptions Fear based toxic management No respect for personal boundaries Illegal practices & tax evasion (company operates under many business entities UAB Agora, Firebird GT Limited and other entities) Ethical bias, all leadership is Russian

      Pros

      There used to be a good location of the office, coffee and snacks

      Cons

      Dodgy names for legal entities when employing staff in Belarus (not Firebird), lack of original product (3rd party booking that can be easily done by the clients themselves), constant pushing for bringing in more money. If you do not sell enough one month, they do not care about your track record, you will be let go straight away. Got a feeling that you are just a number to the company
