Dodgy names for legal entities when employing staff in Belarus (not Firebird), lack of original product (3rd party booking that can be easily done by the clients themselves), constant pushing for bringing in more money. If you do not sell enough one month, they do not care about your track record, you will be let go straight away. Got a feeling that you are just a number to the company
