Great Sony benefits and salary, remote working, lots of holidays and less contracted hours than other studios Feels like making good progress in the work (more than other studios I worked for) Issues that have come up since I started got addressed quickly or tried to Friendly coworkers and fun parties Seem committed to training and improving even if it doesnt always go right

Cons

Lots of pressure at the moment directors can get carried away with changing directions, gets confusing and frustrating, wasted work Some people jaded from things the studio has been through before and the project Little concerned for longer term future of the company, specially with the industry cutting back jobs at the moment

I'm really enjoying my time here so far. The work is challenging, there are struggles and difficulties to overcome every day, but it's an incredibly rewarding environment. The project is really fun, something that the team really gets behind. Fully remote is a great perk and attracts the best talent. Full Playstation integration is divisive for some, but is a huge perk in my opinion.

Cons

An absolute mountain of work. We need to prioritise on delivering and not prevaricating which we tend to sometimes do.
