      Good people down in the trenches, doing the actual work; nice view

      Cons

      Cronyism run rampant. Clueless executives letting clueless middle management delegate to sycophantic underlings. So much insecurity and defensiveness on the part of the managers, who refuse to listen to good ideas from the people doing the day-to-day work. A mere husk of what was once a great place to work. A soulless, empty suit of a company president.

      The location is awesome and the coffee is not that bad.

      Cons

      Company is poorly named as the company is LAST at everything! Pay is terrible. Benefits suck. Managers are incapable. Has no competitive advantage. Company is losing a lots of money for poor decisions.

      Pros

      Location. View. Building lounge on the 5th floor is a nice place to collect your thoughts, and take phone interviews for your next job.

      Cons

      Zero career growth opportunities. The firm is hemorrhaging money (Read SEC FOCUS Report). Reps leaving in droves, no recruitment of new ones to the firm. The ones that do remain resemble used car salesmen rather than legitimate Financial Advisors. Astonishing that this firm has not yet rolled up into another Cetera BD.
