A horrendous agency whose senior managers- the Creans -do not care about their staff or the people it is paid to provide staff to care for. It is the opposite of caring. I was bullied and verbally abused by both owners, subject to intense detriment, whilst they failed to comply with basic care standards or regulations. I reported them to the care regulator and the police. Not a "caring" bone in their bodies. They are a profit driven outfit who have lied-and lied and lied. All will be revealed in Sept 2024 - if the court case goes ahead. The full gamut of their abuse and deceit. They are not fit for purpose and should be closed down. I hope karma comes for them, The Creans married-couple-managers. A horror story for employees and patients/service users. They also agreed to pay below the legal pay rate for night shifts-less than trust staff, violating agency workers' regulations. They knew it but kept doing it and wouldn't pay me the difference. They withheld holiday pay -treated me with utter contempt- illegally refused to provide their data on me and got an enforcement notice from the information's commissioner. They respect no-one regardless of stature and I would not trust them to manage then care of a mouse. I am sure there is a LOT of corruption which will never come to light about them. Are a law unto themselves, I fought them and got back paid. After years. Thoroughly corrupt and brazenly so. Truly evil. Off the charts evil. Arrogant, Entitled, Corrupt. Do what they want and don't care who they hurt. Total failure to follow protocol when I reported abuse in a care location, Engaged in shameless lies and detriment from that till now. Life altering abuse. The worst of human kind. Karma is coming for you-enjoy it. See you in court.
