Pros

There are zero pros, terrible place.

Cons

All cons from top to bottom. Nothing is in your favor working at this company. Expect an extreme career down spiral if you accept a position here. You have been warned, but go see for yourself if you like!

Pros

Can't really think of any.

Cons

First Communications might have an ironic name, given how little communication actually comes from upper management. Transparency is not their strong suit—you're often left in the dark, especially when it comes to staffing changes. You might find out a coworker has been let go... only after they've already packed up and left. It's a bit of a mystery novel, only without the plot twists or resolution.

Pros

Freedom. You get to make choices for yourself, and direct things for yourself. You get to dabble in anything you feel you can handle.

Cons

Pay was stagnant. If you dabbled, it was yours.
