Pros
Coworkers are amazing, there is no "Sales" inititave. They do want you to be able to sale some of our bank products, but they really are catered to the customers to help them, and the company will not penalize you for not meeting a certain quota. The customers are regular and you create amazing connections with them and your coworkers. Easy to move up to higher positions.
Cons
It can be slow at times. If you're looking for a fast-paced environment, this may not be for you.
