Great work life balance, and plenty of room to be exposed to a variety of different experiences (work in the business side of the organization, as well as the outward facing donor side, and interact directly with participants who attend the programs.)
Cons
Very fast paced environment with a lot going on, easy to get left behind if you don't keep organized.
