      Friendly colleagues with strong support within the team.

      Cons

      Staff are treated as tools instead of assets; no career advancement as the organization structure is pretty flat; delegation of responsibilities from management comes with constraints; management is not as open minded as perceived unless you are those they favor and trust; turnover rate is rather high as good performers are not being valued and appreciated; employee welfare is unattractive compared to the peers.

      - Good work life balance - Nice office

      Cons

      A vanity project lead by leadership who care more about public perception rather than the business itself. Operating in the crypto space but clearly management have no clue about crypto, the direction of the company or what it's purpose is other than to make money for them so they can exit. Run like a local HK firm - huge talent attrition because employees are treated poorly, compensation is poor and no work flexibility, yet management unwilling to admit fault so this will keep repeating ad infinitum. Terrible culture top down. Employees are treated like school children, you are monitored in terms of attendance and everything you do - very rigid set up.
