Pros

Less red tapes, easier to get ideas across and much to learn

Cons

Culture is exclusive where progression opportunities are not clear and there is sense of exclusivity within management and also the wider group. Suggestions are not taken seriously and there is lack of respectful communication and professionalism

Great Place to work (almost there) if leadership is sorted out

Pros

- If you love a company with good benefits in and out of the office, First Page is one of the best. I usually get to boast to my friends about Classpass, insurance coverage, a fully stocked pantry, and little celebrations/activities. All the colleagues are friendly. - Get $$ for group effort for the client giving good reviews on Google etc. - Young and energetic group of colleagues. Many colleagues from diverse races and countries.

Cons

Some points are from colleagues. - Commissions based. So, if you are an account manager, depends on your luck if your department head picks you to have clients with a bigger budget. Or else you are left with clients with low management fees and expect lower rates after every renewal. - Won't go too far to say some department heads are under-qualified as the industry is constantly changing. But many people left because some HODs and managers are not good at being leaders. Either they are often MIA or too controlling. Can be seen from the department with many people leaving. Once, a colleague got scolded by the manager in front of everyone in the office. - There are no bonuses. Hence, tech staff & designers will have to fight for their base salary since they do not get a share of the commissions. Thus, all these create office politics and division between departments, their HODs/managers, and the executives.

Pros

initially offering was good, and there were good people to work with.

Cons

As with every agency, there is a high turnover rate. So you will have to train and re-train / support others who get hired again and again. There was instability at the management level.
