Highly stressful, pay is very low especially considering other generally less stressful businesses (fast food, retail stores) are paying the same if not more.

Nice people, relaxed environment. The pay is decent, you could get better at other places but the environment makes the pay more worth it. There are annual employee parties which are very fun and lots of perks throughout the year.
