Pros

We got cool toy buses for our first day of work.

Cons

Was 7 months pregnant and completely bullied by my boss as he bullied all of his subordinates. When reported to HR the first time hey ignored it. The second time it was reported by me and 4 others they finally decided to give him temporary leave but brought him back in the same position without any consequence. Our entire department quit (8 people in total).

Pros

There are some really great people that work there, however, they don't stick around very long. For the most part I thoroughly enjoyed working with the large percentage of my co-workers and even the interaction with other departments was quite enjoyable.

Cons

No upward mobility. Poor management. Poor policies and structure. Upper management, the over-all structure, lack of upward mobility or even opportunities to move up were all terrible! HR was absolutely FULL of goofballs and morons!
