      Pros

      I had one of the best times with FRSPL. Was always appreciated for my work by my peers and stakeholders and got the opportunity to work on AI/ML projects as well. Learnt so many new technologies. Also, the work culture at FRSPL is one of the best. In addition, there are some more pros, - Work-life balance. - Annual bonuses. - Great team. - Yearly trips

      -Competitive environment - Sometimes you can get allocated to a rotation you do not want/rotation in a location that you do not like.
