Hi there. Just to clarify, while your position was remote based on your location, the majority of FischTank team members are in the office once or twice per week. We are not a fully remote agency. Thank you for your feedback regarding our team. Yes, we are results oriented, but no, we do not allow anyone to treat colleagues however they want. Hi there, and thank you for leaving a review on Glassdoor! First, we appreciate the kind words about the environment and people here. We do our best and are happy you found it to be so positive. I'm glad you brought up the physical work setting as it may answer questions from current and future candidates. Just to be clear, we are not all remote work, our office opened in late 2020 and has remained open to all FischTank members. That being said, we have made a more concerted effort of late to bring in our non-NYC-area team members, namely by flying (or training) in those out-of-towners on an every other month basis. Otherwise, our NYC-area team members have been asked (but not mandated) to spend one day per week in the office.
