Micromanaged by Kentucky. Retain issue in all levels. Evident favoritism between plants, no equal treatment. Go see social media, is like Dallas does not exist. Both plants have about the same KPIs and suffer the same issues, but only in Dallas they fire people (They do not terminate me just in case) all over the place, it never gets to a stable point when they are already looking for the next right candidate who needs to be "trained" by the same people in Kentucky with the same results always. People who's been working 10-20 years can do whatever they want if they are the management favorites. People from Kentucky talks very bad about Dallas Staff. I personally saw three messages from different people referring in bad terms to Dallas staff, they think they are uneducated people and even worse terms. Nothing happened to them and is not going to, either.
