Pros
Great owner, who looks out for his employees. The company is seeing incredible growth. Lots of potential, as we move into a larger space in 2021. Some great benefits like medical, 401k, paid time off. Great discounts on fishing gear.
Cons
The work can be redundant, it’s not for everybody. Lots of inventory to manage. Working indoors. Only a few places to eat within walking distance. Have to work on good fishing days.
