      Co-Workers and being outdoors alot

      Cons

      They'll tell you 25% commission per job completed. They don't tell you that you'll be out with a partner most of the time; and that commission? Well, you split it. So it's a whopping 12.5%.

      Awful company, management is horrible, the boss is a total jerk to his employees then the employees will try and get you fired to stay on his good side wouldn’t recommend.
